[1-8] LF Forward Without Weight, Hip Bumps L, Jump RF Forward, Hip Bumps R
1-4    LF forward without weight and push the L hip upwards 4 times

5-8    Jump on the LF, which I pull back and at the same time put the RF forward without any weight. Push the R hip up 4 times

 

[9-16] Jump Switches, Cross LF, Side RF, Cross LF, Side RF
1      Jump on the RF, which I pull back and at the same time put the LF forward without weight

2      Jump on the LF, which I pull back and at the same time put the RF forward without any weight

3-4   Repeat 1 and 2

& 5   Jump on the RF, which I withdraw, doing ¼ L turn on 5, cross the LF in front of the RF and bend your knees

6      Slowly come up RF one step after R

7      LF crosses before RF slowly come up

8      RF one step to R, now we are standing straight again

 

[17-24] Tap LF, Side LF, Cross RF, Side LF, Tap RF, 3 Step Back
1-2    Place LF next to RF without weight, LF one step to L

3-4    RF crosses in front of LF, LF one step to L

5       Place RF next to LF without weight

6-8    3 steps backwards, R-L-R
