PUSH (PADDLE) TURN ¼ LEFT

1-8   With knees bent, keep weight on left while pushing out (paddling) with right on 1, 3, 5, and 7

These right and left steps are equally weighted and smooth, and the weight shifts will allow your hips to move. You are not hopping.

Alternate turn: hip circle turn, using the instructions for the push turn, make full circles with hips left to right as you swivel.

Use 4 hip circles to make the turn in 8 counts.
